James Morrison Studios specialise in acoustic recordings - Jazz, Classical, small to medium sized orchestras, big bands and choirs. Featuring a huge array of condenser, dynamic and ribbon microphones, 4 recording spaces, 2 amp rooms plus a Yamaha 9 ft concert grand.
24bit 96K hi-resolution audiofile recordings are available.
The control room is great to mix in. At the heart of it are a pair of ASL 8047 monitors. These 3-way speakers have constant phase, 4th order crossovers which translates into an extremely transparent, accurate and crystal clear image of what's on tape - you can bet your mix on it.
